1. Consult with Earth Elder for the locations the remove the mud and the location it needs to be transported to

2. Park wagon close to work area

3. Use a shovel edge to cut out the top layer to be removed. The turf on top is very thick & stringy so it has to be cut before attempting to remove

4. Use the pitchfork to lift into wagon trying to keep upright with green sod on top. (let the water drain mostly as you lif to make it lighter).

5. Proceed to fill the wagon with only one layer deep. It will be extremely heavy.

6. Transport to chinamps planter bed that is waiting

7. Make sure there is a layer of sticks/small logs has been arranged as 1st layer - This will act as rebar to hold our island together while also feeding our gardens for the next 10 years as it decomposes. While also adding to the moisture retention of the planter bed as it wicks up the swamp moisture from below to water the plants.

 8 Place the dirt loads GRASS SIDE DOWN dirt up unto the stick "rebar"
